Please read these terms carefully before booking or engaging with Clarity Hypnotics services. By making a booking or proceeding with sessions, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
Clarity Hypnotics is a sole trader practice offering hypnotherapy and coaching services. All sessions are delivered by the practitioner personally, either online or in-person in Hertfordshire, UK.
Clarity Hypnotics is not a medical or clinical service. The practitioner is not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or licensed mental health professional. Hypnotherapy and coaching are complementary practices and are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis or professional mental health care.
If you are experiencing a medical condition, mental health crisis, or have been advised by a healthcare professional to seek specific treatment, please consult your GP or a qualified medical professional. You are encouraged to inform your GP that you are undertaking hypnotherapy or coaching.
Clarity Hypnotics does not diagnose, treat or claim to cure any medical or psychological condition. Any perceived improvements in wellbeing are the result of the client's own engagement with the process.
By booking sessions, you confirm that:
The practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue sessions if it is felt that a different form of professional support would be more appropriate for the client's needs.
All sessions must be booked in advance through the booking system provided on this website. Sessions are not available on a walk-in or same-day basis unless expressly agreed in advance.
We understand that circumstances change. The following policy applies:
Clarity Hypnotics reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of practitioner illness or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost.
Session packages are non-refundable once sessions have commenced. If you decide not to proceed before the first session has taken place, a refund may be considered at the practitioner's discretion. Requests must be made in writing to hello@clarityhypnotics.co.uk.
Hypnotherapy and coaching are generally considered safe complementary practices. However, as with any therapeutic process, some clients may experience temporary emotional discomfort, fatigue or heightened awareness of feelings as part of the change process. These responses are typically short-lived.
Clarity Hypnotics does not accept responsibility for any perceived adverse effects arising from sessions. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own discretion.
If at any point you feel that a session has had an unexpected impact on your wellbeing, you are encouraged to discuss this with the practitioner and, where appropriate, consult your GP.
All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential. The practitioner will not disclose details of your sessions to third parties without your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:
Online sessions are conducted via video call. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a suitable, private and quiet space for online sessions, and a stable internet connection. The practitioner cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties arising from the client's end.
All content on this website, including text, images and materials, is the property of Clarity Hypnotics and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Hypnotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website. Our liability in connection with any session or service is limited to the fees paid for that session or service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
